Clutch master Eddie Parker knows how to spoil a girl about to get married. That is something we are also very good at! A match made in “wedding-heaven”, the Danelian Diamond Club ring, the Bride clutch and a pre-wedding weekend in Barcelona.
What if our memories lay like small shiny diamonds on the shelves of our heart?

That is the thought that comes to mind when we think of Damien Hirst’s “Memories of/Moments with You”. Part of a collection called ‘Diamond Cabinets”, this artwork made of gold-plated stainless steel, glass and cubic zirconia was made in 2008 an has since then participated in many exhibitions,
several of them in Tate Modern.

Dear Mr Hirst, you’ve always known how to play with diamonds!
Our Spring Summer hand piece will give you the most appropriate fairy like style.

After our collaboration with talented photographer and entrepreneur, Marina Vernikos with our Danelian Diamond Club Tote bag for CREAID, we asked her to give us her personal take on gems and jewelry…
“Jewelry and I go way back. In fact our relationship could be described as best friends! It’s the kind of connection built to make it to the next generation. That’s the way I perceive it. In fact my first piece was a gift from my parents. A beautiful necklace.
I do not have a particular preference when it comes to choosing to wear earrings, pendants, rings etc. I like all kinds. It mostly depends on my mood and outfit. Whereas gem-wise, there is only one: the diamond. For me the diamond is the one true precious gem out there. I would’nt even choose a favourite cut, I think they all have their charm especially the classic ones.”
This rare gem weights 77,77 carats.

The number 7 is considered auspicious in the Chinese culture because of its similar sound to the word “together” in Mandarin. That’s the reason it’s been named “Lady Luck”, because of the auspicious numbers that make up the size of the jewel. The yellow color of the gem symbolizes royalty and wealth. The stone is one of the world’s rarest diamonds according to Sotheby’s Hong Kong Deputy Head of Jewellery, Terry Chu. The sale will take place in Sotheby’s Hong Kong on April 6and is expected to fetch $7.7 million.
